Will your business make it through the COVID crisis?

That is the question on many minds these days.

People are afraid and uncertain — and understandably so. We’re humans, after all.

We don’t know exactly what’s gonna happen.

But we can plan our next steps so that we don’t just make it through this challenging time…

… but emerge from it stronger and better than ever.

Because here’s the reality of any crisis: it brings both losses and opportunities.

And I am determined to help you be one of those who can ride the wave of (ethical) opportunities that are coming.

Opportunities??

Yup. I’ve seen a lot of predictions that there will be some big ones in the coming months. 

So you need to position yourself and be ready to leverage them (again, ethically of course).

Now how can you ride the wave? I am summing up my advice in 5 steps: 

1. Work on your mindset.

If you want to be RESILIENT, start with your mind. 

Acknowledge the “ugly” thoughts and feelings brought by this crisis. But don’t let them freeze you. 

Instead, leverage this mess to grow in self-mastery, creativity, and leadership. 

2. Understand your prospects’ needs right now.

Your prospects’ needs have CHANGED. 

Enter the conversation on their minds. What bothers them now? What freaks them out? What wakes them up in cold sweat in the dead of night?

Go out and ask them. Ask how you can help. 

If you can show that you get them, understand them, and feel them… 

They’ll see you as the shining light amidst the darkness in their lives. 

3. Tweak your offer and get CREATIVE. 

What used to work before isn’t guaranteed to work today and tomorrow. 

Take a deeper look at your business. Think of creative ways to tweak your offer and position yourself in a way that keeps you in the game for the LONG TERM.

4. STEP UP your marketing. 

This is a time to up your game and not pull back.

Heck, you don’t need to self-quarantine your business. 

Some entrepreneurs are doing less posting and less selling. 

But now, more than ever, people need you. And you need to show up for them and share your solution. 

“But will people still buy from me, Florentina?” 

  • Right now, people are more present online
  • With all the crazy things that are happening, many people are interested in or NEEDING courses, coaching, trainings, and services to help them get through
  • Some have extra money because they’re not traveling, going on vacations, dining out, and other stuff

5. Serve

Stay aligned with your purpose. This crisis is big … but our MISSION is bigger, and we will SERVE better. ? ❤️
